Tapping at the keyboard, the sounds are hidden by the splashes in the tub. So glad to have a day off to spend with my little muchacho, who is officially 1 year old.
Which means it was time to go back to work for me! It's been swell. I was glad to accept a promotion at my previously part time job! Couldn't be more thrilled. Managerial positions are the bomb.
Even so, life has been fast paced these days. My great gal pal came home for a visit but ended up moving to the neighbouring town, grand stand! Before she boogied away we used a fruit bowl, sticks I snagged on my way home from work, beads, colored sand and rocks from under my deck to make the perfect spring centerpiece. What shall we do for summer?
I've been doing a lot of reminiscing and personal assessing lately. It feels healthy, so that's a good sign.
