Northern Pacific Depression

New iPhone in hand. Iced mocha in view. Closing shift tonight. There's water in my left shoe.

It's giv'ner bullets out there. The one downfall of living in a rainforest is that you live in a rainforest. Bummer darling.

I am thrilled to have the capability to blog at my job. Smartphones are so smart! Also, very convenient.

Life has become so routine that I roll through the days. They roll by faster than I can notice them leaving. I am wasting life-time.

In a small town, my own, this is the best they have to offer for first aid.

We offer more than reject merchandise, though.

After many days of throwing on a trench coat, ten dollar value village boots and working my usual shift I decided it was time for a vacation. So, on my sceduled day off, I drove to Prince Rupert with my two closest lady pals and the infant child! P.R. contains heaven in a building on the waters edge.. they pronounced it "ESH-MI-HLES", a.k.a. 'Smiles'. You had me at Oyster Burger... nom-tastic.

"It's a beautiful day in the neigbourhood; could you be mineee... would you be minnee."

Ride the wagon up the tree and fall down a dwindling blvd

(I shouldn't be whining in the first place.. just a coward. Quit being so weak.)

I find myself at a loss for words as my head has been in the clouds lately. I am so uncertain of so much but have the strongest feeling it will fall into place.

Here are some doodles.

I've got cat scratch feeeeva! Take me to the Vet, ma lady

I feel that painful experiences in life provide people with better insight into good experiences they have afterwards. You need to experience enough sorrow so that the small good things seem even better. Sadness provides me with appreciation for happier days.

Also, also, alsssooooo... it was my birthday! As a way to commemorate this wonderful event I sprawled a big sheet of brown paper out on my kitchen table with a ton of markers for doodling. Best. Idea. Yeahhh.

 "ALL MY BIRTHDAY
I HAVE WAITED
FOR A LOVE LIKE THIS
BUT IT HAS COMPLETED WITH ME ALONG
APPRECIATION IS THE FUEL OF LIFE.
I APPRECIATE YOU"
Don't judge me..

120 Jello shots and endless games of beer pong using enhililation punch was a good idea, too.

Ohh happy days!

Exume who I once was, from who I have become

Marriage, relationships, everlasting love.. gag me with a spoon.
I have been extremely neglectful in the blogging department and overbearing in the work all day/slack all night department. As I upload images of work I have done since my last post I realize I have accomplished something (other than making 6 frescante espresso beverages at lightning speed).

My Oma and Opa are full blown dutchies. They knew eachother in Holland but came to Canada seperately. Opa first followed by Oma, with her mom, sporting a suitcase and 6 pennies. This year they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at an extravaganza hosted by their three daughters. One of which being my Mama. In honor of this they requested I do a portrait piece for the happy couple. And so it went, endless hours rockin' out 16 portraits in pencil crayon, fine tip pen and pastel. That sounds lovely!
